1. Overview offour-component radiation sensorproducts
The four-component radiation sensor is also called the four-component net radiation sensor. The four-component radiation sensor provides four separate pyranometers to measure global solar radiation, reflected solar radiation, downlink and uplink long-wave radiation. The radiation sensor probe is organically integrated with the instrument itself. In meteorological applications, infrared radiation or long-wave radiation refers to electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength greater than 3.0 μm. Longwave radiation is physically related to temperature and is emitted by all objects on Earth. The spectral range of the sun's shortwave radiation is 300nm ~ 3μm (accounting for 99.5% of the total solar radiation energy).
Fengtu's FT-4L four-component radiation sensor directly measures daily long-wave radiation and short-wave radiation and calculates the net radiation amount. For meteorological observations of atmospheric radiation (radiation emitted by clouds/water vapor, carbon dioxide, etc.) and the net radiation exchange between the Earth and the atmosphere. Net total radiation (shortwave + longwave) is usually measured by 4 net pyranometers or a single net pyranometer (its detector can respond to the entire wavelength range). Pyranometers measure downward emitted longwave radiation using a detector with a hemisphere pointing upward. The net longwave radiation and the downward emitted radiation from the earth-atmosphere system can be calculated. It has been widely used in the fields of meteorology/photovoltaic/horticulture/agriculture and industry.
